Company Background    
DSCI Corporation, an employee-owned company headquartered in Waltham, MA, was incorporated in the year 2000.  Initially offering a full range of telecommunications solutions to the business market in New England through partnering with premier service providers, DSCI built its own carrier-class voice and data network in 2005. Designed to provide IP-based services such as MPLS VPN private networking, SIP Trunking, hosted PBX and unified messaging, the network also supports traditional services such as integrated voice and data services, dedicated Internet, voice T1 and ISDN-PRI.

The company's premier service offerings include MPLS VPN, offering connection for multiple customer sites over DSCI's carrier-class IP backbone, and iPBX Hosted Communications Service, a cost-effective, converged voice and data service available without the cost of owning and maintaining an in-house phone system. Traditional services such as analog lines and trunks for fax and/or voice and dedicated Internet access can also be provided when these are the best solutions to meet the customer's need. DSCI's reach extends to over 600 cities in 60 countries on 6 continents.

In addition to telecom services, DSCI also offers a number of IT services including maintenance and monitoring, data backup and recovery, collocation services, managed firewall and security, as well as IT consulting.

DSCI currently serves more than 1400 enterprise customers, primarily in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island. In addition to the company headquarters in Waltham, MA, DSCI operates a 7/24/365 customer care center in Tilton, NH and a state-of-the-art engineering and data center in Manchester, NH.
