  • For changes or additions to an installed UCx or iPBX service.
  • Hours of operation: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm ET, Monday through Friday.
  • You may submit your request for a Move, Add, Change (MAC) order via the Dash Customer Web Portal. Use the Request and select “A change to an existing service.”
