You may submit your request for a Move, Add, Change (MAC) order via the Dash Customer Web Portal*. Use the Request and select "A change to an existing service."
* Need a Dash log-in? If your company already has access to the Dash Customer Web Portal, please contact the Dash administrator at your company for access. If your company does not have access to Dash, register yourself as an authorized user for your company.
