With our UCx Hosted Unified Communications Service expanding across the country, we are in need of service delivery specialists. If UCx were college, our service delivery specialists would be the student tour guides. They guide our customers through the installation process for a smooth transition. They start the tour by introducing themselves to the customer and providing the timeline for the install process. Next they start the tour, but instead of showing off the dining commons or dorms, they gather the information needed to provision the customer on DSCI’s Broadsoft VoIP platform. The service delivery specialist also coordinates with internal teams to deliver the data circuits or other products as part of the install.

Like any good tour guide, our service delivery specialist must be able to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and have a great attitude. Successful tour guides for our UCx product will have some experience or formal education in information technology, telecommunications, and/or project management. Our tours run a little later to support our west coast customers, so the ability to work a later shift (until 8:00PM Eastern, Monday through Friday) is required.
