With ITx for Servers, you can rest assured knowing that DSCI is remotely monitoring and managing your physical or virtualized servers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If a problem arises, our Network Operations Center (NOC) is immediately aware and will begin working to address the issue. Routine monthly maintenance is also provided as part of our service.
This proactive approach to server support will allow you to avoid costly downtime and ensure that your core servers remain healthy and secure. If a server problem does arise, DSCI will inform you and resolve the issue to get your business back up and running.
ITx for Servers Service Features
Proactive Maintenance and Monitoring
For your servers under our service agreement, we’ll regularly provide application patching for critical and security updates. We’ll also proactively monitor and notify you about your servers’ up/down status, as well as useful metrics such as available drive space, CPU utilization, and memory utilization.
For your servers under our service agreement, we’ll provide a monthly inventory report which includes the servers’ patch levels. This allows you to plan and budget for server upgrades and environment improvements.
Troubleshooting & Repair
We will troubleshoot any functionality or installation issues with Microsoft Windows and other third-party applications under agreement.
Administrative Support Services
We will provide remote assistance with OS configuration changes, such as adding local users and changing passwords.
